Therapy isn’t about staying the same or focusing on others—it’s about you and your growth. If you're interested in working together, schedule a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we're the right fit for your therapy.

What is telehealth?

Virtual therapy from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a stable WiFi connection, a phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera, and a pair of headphones.

Telehealth is a great option for people who have limited transportation, limited availability during work breaks, or anyone who appreciates the convenience of not having to drive to an appointment.
